Shipping policy

Production time and transit time are separate. Total delivery time is the sum of both.

Production. Apparel and accessories are made to order in 2–6 business days, longer during high-volume periods. A Book About Being Here dispatches in 4–6 business days. Production does not begin on weekends or holidays.

Transit, after dispatch.

• United States — 3–5 business days
• Canada — 5–10 business days
• Europe — 5–10 business days
• Rest of world — 10–20 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when the order leaves the production facility.

Split shipments. Orders containing items produced at different facilities may arrive in separate parcels on different days. There is no additional charge for this.

Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents.

Duties and import taxes. International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or handling fees on arrival. These are not included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. Refused parcels are treated as undeliverable under the refund policy.

Address accuracy. Orders cannot be redirected after checkout. Verify your address before completing the order.

Delays. Customs holds, carrier backlogs, and weather are outside our control and are not grounds for refund.
